Burgers au Babybel et au Kiri (pour 4 personnes)

Ingrédients :

 

400g de boeuf haché

50g de beurre

1 cuillère à soupe d'huile de tournesol

4 petites brioches rondes

4 kiri

4 Babybel

Sel et poivre

 

1) Préchauffer le four à 180°C.

2) Mouler 4 petits steaks avec la viande hachée. La faire cuire 2 minutes dans une poêle avec le beurre et l'huile, saler et poivrer.

3) Couper les brioches en 2, tartiner la base de kiri. Poser le steak dessus puis le Babybel. Enfourner 10 minutes, jusqu'à ce que les Babybel soient fondus.
