Tendres cupcakes chocolat/framboise (pour 6 cupcakes)

Tendres cupcakes chocolat/framboise

Ingrédients :

80g de chocolat
40g de farine
1 cuillère à café de levure 
40g de beurre
1 œuf 
50g de sucre
5cl de crème liquide
1 pincée de sel
POUR LE TOPPING
120g de mascarpone
1 cuillère à soupe de lait
2 cuillères à soupe de sucre glace
6 framboises
Coulis de framboises

1) Préchauffer le four à 180°C.
2) Faire fondre le chocolat au bain-marie. Dans un saladier, mélanger la farine avec la levure et le sel. Ensuite, dans un autre saladier, battre le beurre fondu avec le sucre. Ajouter ensuite le chocolat fondu puis l'oeuf. Mélanger de nouveau et incorporer la crème liquide et enfin le mélange farine/levure/sel.
3) Répartir la pâte dans 6 moules à cupcakes et enfourner pour 20 à 25 minutes. Une fois cuits, les laisser refroidir.
4) Préparer le topping : au fouet électrique, battre le mascarpone, le lait et le sucre glace (si la préparation est trop liquide ajouter alors du sucre glace). Verser cette préparation dans une poche à douilles et décorer vos gâteaux selon vous. Au moment de servir, disposer une framboise sur la crème et verser un peu de coulis de framboises.
