2 jaunes d'oeufs

10 oursons à la guimauve + 5

35g de sucre

1) Faire chauffer le lait avec la crème liquide, la gousse de vanille et les 10 oursons à la guimauve. Mélanger et faire fondre les oursons.

2) Fouetter les jaunes d'oeufs avec le sucre à l'aide d'un batteur électrique jusqu'à ce que le mélange blanchisse. Verser le lait chaud dessus et mélanger. Remettre le tout dans la casserole sur feu doux jusqu'à ce que le mélange épaississe. Laisser refroidir.

3) Mettre la préparation dans la sorbetière et turbiner 30 minutes. Quand la glace commence à prendre, ajouter les 5 oursons à la guimauve coupés en petits morceaux. Verser la préparation dans un récipient et stocker au congélateur.
